Surprisingly, all those products I mentioned above all have OEMs.
An original equipment manufacturer, or OEM, manufactures products or components which are purchased by a second company and retailed under the second company’s brand name (Wikipedia)
So what do you see when you buy an OEM/
Instead of seeing one whole box with all the fancy graphics.
You will see something cool, like that.

Basically, very simple design.
Must be fake right?
Wrong!
When I reached Creative Singapore Headquarters for a comment, this was what they say
OEMs, or basically, those headphones which comes in plastic bags are usually given out as gifts in sale when customers purchase another item.
Wow, Im quite surprised by that anyway.
Some have also said that Dell also packaged OEM Creative Headphones, so when you get your cheap headphones from ebay or whatsoever, dont just see the outside, listen to the sound and play something really bassy to check whether its genuine or not.
Nevertheless, Keep a watch out of what people is saying and make sure that the source of where you get from is reliable.
Choose something like HardwareZone or VR-Zone, and once people buy it, check with them to see whether the sound quality matches the reputation of the product.

PS: If you are asking me what I recommend for use right now, I will definitely pick the SonicGear EarPump 2, the first generation of Earpump lasted for 2 years straight! So I am going nowhere.
However, the creative one looks attractive too, and with the pricetag of $25, mmm.
The reliability of Earpump will make me their loyal customer for the months to come.
