Because of the time difference in Facebook and Singapore.
Facebook is based in America (Eastern Daylight Time) time zone, I have converted the Facebook’s America Time Zone to Singapore!
The earliest time you can chiong for your Facebook Username in Singapore Time (By Click here) is at 13 June, 12.01 Noon. Which is today!
Remember, its a first come first serve basis, so if someone has a same surname as you in any other parts of the world, and if they take it first, too bad.

For International readers of this blog, I have also compiled a Facebook Username Time Picker for you. (Which shows all the timings and countries around the world)
So, you don’t have to scold me and say that I’m bias to Singapore Readers only.

On top of that, remember this!
Facebook usernames will be available in basic text forms, and you can only choose a single username for your profile and for each of the Pages that you administer. Your username must be at least five characters in length and only include alphanumeric characters (A-Z, 0-9), or a period or full stop (“.”). While usernames are currently available only for Romanized text, we’re looking at how we might support non-Romanized characters in the future.
