HTC Service Centre Visit

Sometimes I really pity my old friend here, after accessing my Facebook for 1 billion times, making thousands of calls, bearing thousands of degrees in sun, helping with thousands of reminders and coping with all the events i have. I must say that this poor chap needs a trip down to the service centre.

What happened was, just simply reading a Microsoft Word document on the device, and I was scrolling the screen, I must have applied too much pressure on screen. And I suddenly couldn’t touch the screen at all, I guess, it must have been with the problem with the digitizer (A component which senses where your hand is placed)

And after checking my StarHub warrenty, I found out that it was 3 days overdue , how unlucky of me!
Instead of trying to cry or Committing hopeless suicide I tried to go down to the service centre.

Yeah, I had Mdm Nora that morning.

After reaching the Keppel Bay Tower, I was expecting that the place will be some crib or some place full of cranes or that sort. You know.
But its a nice office building.

And when you look up, its gorgeous!

When you get into the building, sometimes its easy to find HTC there, and by the way, there is a Canon Concept Store there!

So when I got close HTC, it looks pretty small but the design of the place is pretty nice.


When you get in, you will get to see that giant HTC logo.

At the side, you can see the latest products and accessories which you can purchase.

At the other side, there is lots of commercials of the HTC Touch Diamond phone and brochures which you can bring home.

Anyways, after being at the service centre and talking to their customer service representatives, their service is pretty good.
And even my phone is out of warranty, they fixed the whole phone.
They replaced the touch sensing digitizer, the LCD screen, the LED Lights and they put in a new touch sensing system, something like the iPhone, which is super sensitive to my hands.
LOL.
So weird, I don’t play Tap Tap Revolution !
