iSpace 2009 – Infocomm Clubs Programme

Sometimes, you see my facebook status updates at 3am in the weekdays, or even 5am planning for stuffs and so on..
All this effort has paid off for this event, this event is a 8 hour long event held at Science Centre ( From 8am to 5pm ). Total, I did almost 10 versions of different types of attendance for this event, we also opened around 8 or 9 chat topics at our private facebook groups. We sent / received close to 80 or 90 emails for this event ( confirming Facilitators attendance, confirming with schools, confirming planning meetups ) . I also sent closed to 90 smses for this event.
Overall, I feel very very happy that this event was well done and well closed despite all the hard work and effort. Before I go on, to all Facilitators and Planners, I present you, our group photos.

After the speech from a IDA executive, the General Manager from Infinite Frameworks came in and told us about his company and their video’s editing and production business.
Infinite Frameworks produced Television Commercials for big time clients, like SingTel, Night Safari, Mentos, UOB, Toyota, Capitaland, M1, McDonalds, Osim, Toshiba, Nokia, ARMY, RSAF, TV Mobile, Sony, DBS, Starhub and so many more ..

After that, we had a games segment, which was planned by the Programme comm. Done by Eisabess and Zitian and those ultra high girls.

After games, we had an iSpace Tour, which is a tour for Science Centre and I am the planner for this segment, which got me terribily tired. Time were allocated differently in such a way that the traffic is all clear and smooth for all. The schedule was planned so that different groups wont collide into one another and it was also planned so that the entrance and the exit of the meeting aread wont be too full.
