When A Client agrees to help.
Out-Source
The client tries to identify the problem.
Scoping
The client found the exact problem and try to make a treatment out of it.

After so long, do you think that there will be progress?
Its dragging the time of all, wasting resources.
Why cant you put out the fire yourself, rather than calling for more trouble?
