Trybe | Greenview Sec – Peer Support Training

Greetings!
Greenview Secondary – Peer Support Training
Firstly, I would like to Thank all those people from Trybe (Facilitators and Staff) , (photos below), for working with me. Without you, this event wont exist.

Secondly, I would like to thank all the Peer Support Leaders in this programme. If you guys don’t exist, we don’t too!

Thirdly, I would like to give my thanks to Mirabel ( Project Director ), Raffy, Nic, Basia and Dy for putting in effort and coming out with all the plans and guidelines for this project to be a success!

Finally, Thanks to Crowd Control Comms, Like Vege, Minmin and Bingrong for the Rah-Rah’s! ( Without you guys, this event wont be a success too! )

Why this event exist?

This Peer Support training organised by Trybe is to train Leaders in Greenview Secondary, so that the Leaders can mentor the next year’s batch of Sec 1′s and provide Sec 1′s with a smooth transition from Primary to Secondary School life.

So Trybe came out with a 1.5 day camp for Greenview Secondary held at Greenview Sec during the 18 to 19 December.
Even though I was not the participant, but as a Facilitator, I do learn so many stuff which I don’t in the classroom. Here is some to mention ( Responsibility, Time Management, Commitments, etc )

It was such a wonderful experience, and Im still going to volunteer, not only for my self-development, but for youth’s which needs help right now or the youth’s who has the potential to succeed in life in the coming years.

Looking forward, I do believe the Peer Support Leaders is able to perform the best and they can succeed in their primary goal! ( Remember, You Are The Best! and You Can Do It! )

This is some of my friends ( Facilitators )
