Tagboard Faults at NLB

Okay, this is quite weird. Recently, I went down to one of the Libaries and used their computers, located at the Multimedia section.
As usual, you can’t use the computer to play games.
This time, I tested out the computer, It is running on Windows XP Embedded Edition. Which really lags. I tried to open 6 internet explorer windows, and it hanged.
The internet speed was relatively okay. As there were 8 people hopping onto the same internet at once.
One thing I’ve to mention, the shutdown and startup of the XP Embedded was pretty fast.
But, Apart from everything I say, why they block the cBox tagboard?
That isn’t a game!
Probably, the internet filters are too strong.
So, for those people I never reply your tags, you know why now? Not because I can’t reply, I can’t access!
